Fish Gurantee Policy

Fish are guaranteed for 7 days from date of purchase. If a fish dies within these 7 days you must bring the dead fish, your receipt showing date of purchase and a separate water sample from your tank. If your water tests at acceptable levels (see store for details) we will gladly replace the fish at no charge or issue an in store credit. There are no cash refunds for fish. There is no guarantee on outdoor fish. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE COMPATIBILITY. We cannot be 100% sure of the behavior of every fish once it has left our store and is in a different environment.

If you find yourself with an unwanted fish, call our store and we will let you know if we have room for it. We generally give 1/3 of the selling price in in-store credit (no exceptions) for any healthy, sellable fish. We reserve the right to refuse any fish if you have not called ahead or it is deemed too aggressive or not sellable. We do not give store credit for outdoor fish.
